Went in for scheduled appointment and they refused to do the work requested claiming it needed other things in conjunction with known issue. Then I was promised an estimate and it's been over a week and still no pricing, which has been accompanied by a friendly reminder and was told to call back by "x" date and STILL nothing. VERY sad about this as to they came highly recommended but I was personally let down.
