Horrible customer service. I had requested an estimate from Diane and as I did not get a response for a same day request I had ended up printing my documents elsewhere. Diane then decides to print my document in her own interests and force me to pay for these documents I had already found elsewhere. She then sends over an invoice for these documents that I never ordered and demand I pay. Horrible sales tactics and sneaky behavior. Very unethical behavior from Diane. I would strongly advise you find service elsewhere at one of the many good printing companies in the area.

I messaged this business at 1 pm and they were apparently closed for the day when their hours show they are open until 5 pm. When the owners did follow up with me she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not trust this business with your marketing needs.

Excellent company they did everything amazing and they were able to get me memorial cards same day they really saved the day going anywhere else would be senseless
