Laura - I am making the assumption that you are the same person who posted on our FB page over the weekend (same issue description, same dollar amount noted). If I am correct, you purchased these crickets from a reseller and NOT from GCF directly. Whenever our live products are purchased "2nd hand" (from a reseller), we cannot be sure what type of care (or lack thereof) the product may be exposed to, so we can no longer guarantee them. The pictures posted on the FB post are a prime example of why we have this policy - the pics show some sort of greenish material in with the crickets which is NOT something we put in with them. We cannot warranty their condition when their treatment is out of our control. Had you purchased directly from us - and reported your issues immediately upon receipt - we would have taken care of you. Again, I am sorry you are not satisfied, and I sincerely hope whomever you choose to deal with in the future can meet your needs. Best of luck! Clay Ghann, CEO
