Its seems like a great company, but they are hard to get of hold of.... Youll call and ask to speak with your loan officer and they are always busy of course. the person who answers will tell you that your loan officer will give you a call back, youll likely get one back days later or until you follow up. i just think they take up too much work for the team they have.
