Josh, your order was part of a team store. Team store items are ordered and decorated after the team store closes. Your organization chose to wait for a back ordered item. Posting a negative review about us when your organization chose to wait is completely unfair to us and all the hard work we do. Please remove this ASAP. Response to Mr. Blue’s edit: The items are back ordered. The decision to wait on the back ordered items was made by your organization. Your frustration is misplaced and damaging my family’s livelihood. Please take this up with your organization. This is completely unfair to bash us and try to damage our reputation for something that we simply did not do. We have also responded to you multiple times by email. In fact, we have replied to every email you have sent. I’m not demanding anything, just asking you to do what’s right and stop trying to ruin our reputation over something we didn’t decide or have any control over. Response to edit 2: Your response shows that we did reply multiple times. We have also attempted to call you. You continue to ignore the main point of this entire dispute, your organization has chosen to wait on back ordered items. Of course other people are waiting as well, other people ordered the back ordered items. Again I ask, how do you expect us to deliver items that are back ordered? We can’t cancel or replace them if your organization has chosen to wait on them.

Going on 5 months, still haven’t received my order. Edit: after months of almost no communication, not answering the phone and intermittently answering emails, the business finally responded to of all things, a Google review demanding my review taken down. If I could give zero stars I would. The “team store” as they referred to it closed on January 31st, with a promise of completion within “2-3 weeks”. It is now May 17th. Order from this company at your own risk. It’s likely your order is going to “get stuck”. Edit 2: on March 23rd 2022 I emailed get stuck the following email “Hi, Just wondering if you had any updates on the **** orders” No Response. On March 28th I sent the following email “Once again requesting an update on my order. Please advise an eta. If I can’t get ahold of someone (I’ve tried calling as well), Im going to request a chargeback from American Express” I received the following email in response “Hi Josh, I can assure you we are not ignoring you. We are extremely short staffed right now and are working nights and weekends to get caught up and deal with vendor shortages. I don’t know the exact status of your order, but Sarah will be in touch as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your order and supporting our local small business” On April 16th I sent the following email “It has been nearly 5 months since I placed my order, and nearly 20 days since your last email and I’ve yet to get an update” I received the following email in response: “I think Mr. ****** just sent out an email explaining that garments were slow to arrive due to shortages and back orders. I think everything has arrived now and we are decorating as quick as possible. We are shipping often so if yours hasn’t shipped yet, it should be going out soon” It is now May 27th. To summarize, despite the many excuses provided by the business, it has still been 40 days since Get Stuck claimed everything had arrived. They did not respond to my first email and it’s impossible to reach anyone on a phone. There are numerous others in my organization that have also not received their orders. Perhaps spend more time working on the extreme backlog of orders and less time on Google reviews. Edit 3: Final edit because this is a waste of time. American Express gave me my money back. Custom Ink is making my order (highly recommend them). Thus ends the saga of my get stuck order.

Lack of communication,dishonest and unprofessional save yourself some time cause itll be wasted.i was asked to elaborate well I was told my order had been started and I had a date of it being finished and when tame came and went 2weeks after I said I wanted to come pick up my hats that were finished and cancel rest just to find none of the order had even been started. So I stand by my review
