One Star might be to good for this company! We are in the Liquor Business do not bother with EHopper! Only thing worse than there Equipment is there Service and Follow through trust me Jerry Walker doesnt care

They were good, until they weren't anymore. I liked their price point and service but when I decided to cancel my monthly plan as our business evolved, they continued to bill me, 2 more times. After 2 phone conversations where they assured me the plan was cancelled (and then they billed me anyway) I resorted to emailing them once their phone number stopped taking calls. After a week of not receiving any response from that attempt either, I decided to call my credit card company and issue a new credit card and report them so I wouldn't continue to be charged. I would have kept them as an option for future, but after this experience I realize they aren't the company I thought they were.

Ehoppers support is great! They will train you as many times as needed to ensure you and your staff can utilize every bit of the software. I also love the pricing and easiness of use.

This is garbage company, they dont have any credits, terrible service, only charge monthly fee even you cancel . Dont waste time try this software.
