We apologise the outcome of your diy injector rebuild was not as you expected. The fuel injectors have very tight tolerances and will certainly have issues if not rebuilt in an immaculately clean environment. We are not able to warranty work the customer has completed themselves. Let us know if we can be of any further help.

Bought some intensifier pistons from these people and I got screwed, half of them ruined my injector bodies, and they won't refund my money, now I have to pay for someone to rebuild my injectors which is not cheap and now I'm above the cost of new injectors, they don't care about the customer! They are CROOKS!!!

Brad reported having an issue with a nozzle he installed on his 6.7 Cummins fuel injector. Brad was informed that his issue was likely due to the nozzle not being calibrated to his injector per our recommendation when he purchased the nozzle. Brad was told if we did find a manufacturing issue with the nozzle it would be replaced and balanced to his injector at our shop. Brad purchased our testing service and sent in his 6.7 Cummins injector to be tested and have the nozzle calibrated to his injector. Once we received the injector it was tested and it failed on the flow bench. The nozzle was replaced with new and the injector failed again. At this point we believed the injector was contaminated which caused damage to the original nozzle. We informed Brad that we spent 1.5 hours into diagnosing his injector and fixing problems as they were found and we asked him how much more shop time he wanted us to preform on his injector. Brad then stated in an email to our shop "I really need it to work. Feel free to do whatever you need to it." Per Brad's email his injector was completely dissasembled and ultrasonically cleaned. During the assembly process we discovered the internals of the injector were 0.5mm larger than the internals of a 6.7 Cummins injector. Work was halted and Brad was given the information and informed of the next available choices (we could re-manufacture an injector from our stock, or Brad could send the correct injector for his application (6.7 Cummins). Brad informed us that he purchased the injector online and it was clear to us it came from an unknown orgin. We are dissapointed that Brad will not take responsiblity for sending us an unknown injector from who knows where, having approved work performed on the injector, and refusing to pay his invoice since it wasn't the outcome he had hoped for at no fault of Bitterroot Diesel Performance. Brad filed claims with eBay and Paypal which after short review of all the information decieded against Brad's claims. We hope that Brad will pay the invoice due for work approved and send us an OEM injector that we can install a new nozzle on for him.

I sent in an injector nozzle sold to me by this company In to be warrantied out. Instead of seeing if the nozzle was defective he spent time working on the injector while racking up shop time before coming to the realization that the injector wouldnt work with my vehicle. Now he wants me to pay him three times more just to send me back my original items still not working because these experts spent hours to come to the conclusion that this injector that took about 10 minutes to take apart wasnt the right fit and wants me to pay for it. He didnt tell me he was going to charge me anything additional. Now they have stolen my injector and are holding it hostage until I pay them this fabricated amount they deemed fair to charge without ever telling me it was going to cost anything. I understand everyone is in business to make money but holding peoples property hostage until you pay them some amount you never agreed on isnt a good business model. Especially when you dont stand by your own product.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Let me start off with saying how shocked I am that there are only a handful of reviews. I was told to use Bitteroot to get my parts to rebuild my injectors on my 01 F250 7.3 as they use quality products. I recieved my order of the premium injector rebuild kit and the rebuild tool lightning fast (ordered it Friday evening EST and it shipped same day...and I dont mean they just created a label for it. It shipped same day period I got it early Monday morning. It arrived 1 day sooner than the already fast delivery date. I had at least 5 updates via text message with very detailed info on my order. I am extremely please with bitteroot! I will use them for everything they could possibly supply for my truck. Everything is top notch quality and the rebuild tool is milled to perfection. I highly recommend making your purchase here if your needing ANYTHING they supply. And lastly it feels great to support a VETERAN owned company! Thank you for your service!

BEST 7.3 POWERSTROKE INJECTORS ON THE MARKET. I have installed (6) sets of these injectors in different trucks so far, from stock to 238/100s and they all perform AMAZING. There is simply no competition for the best rebuilt injectors. The others bench testing is weak by comparison. Bitterroot customer service is as good as their products. I strongly recommend this business!!!

Our shop foreman immediately stopped everything he was doing to help you in every way possible. You decided it would be most beneficial to waste his time and your own by making up all of your contact info for the order he placed for you. Why would anyone do this? You were never told to "go home and order online". Unfortunately, it is evident there is no way to ever meet your needs. We are a small veteran owned, family operated business. At the time of your visit, all of our online products were being shipped from a different facility while the owner was away for military duty. We now have everything back at the shop for purchase.

this website is totally misleading. this company is not an "open" brick and mortar store. i spent an hour driving there only to be told to go home and order online! needless to say....i will be buying my parts from someone else!!
