I would give 5 stars to the front desk only. I had focus for 3 years. The system is ok, but there are better ones. A reason I changed to start off is because I was having problems with my POS system. We contacted focus but they weren't fixing the problem for weeks. I decided to contact their corporate office to see if they had a different dealer that we can switch to but they never contacted me back but I did receive a call from Irvine offices saying that they were cancelling our support that same day because I was looking to switch. They didn't refer me to a dealer which didn't surprise me. Luckily we have more then one restaurant and we never switched them all to focus or referred them to anybody. I would have switched before but POS systems aren't cheap. I strongly advise everybody to contact different dealers from focus and tell them you have a problem and not that you are a new customer and you will see how they really treat their customers. Even from different states and corporate office. Oh and don't call on the weekends Brandon doesn't like to be bothered even though he serves restaurants and problems don't take a day off.
