Drove 1 1/2 hours down to this company to get a quote for materials needed for a job. NEVER received a quote, email or any reply. My project was a very simple, but over $1,000.00 job for 26 gauge metal bent. Very disappointed.

I needed a small job done, a stainless steel top cover for a workbench I planned to do small engine work on. It wasn't a big job, it wasn't going to make Wallace bunches of money, but they treated me just like it was a big job ordering thousands of dollars worth of product instead of $200.00. Their customer service is excellent and considering I asked them to take it as a work in job, they finished the work in a very reasonable time frame and notified me it was ready for pickup. My stepson was working the area and picked it up for me. It is now on my bench and I'm very pleased. I'd do business with them again for sure!
