The dark haired woman who I believe is a manager is so incredibly rude and condescending to both customers and her staff, I really couldn’t believe it. She’s also simply illogical. The two guys who tried to help me initially were great, but when I returned later they seemed to cower under her. I was being very polite, as were other customers and the two other employees. Everyone was having a fine morning but she seemed determined to spoil that. Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews, and read their response to another 1 star review on this board - “1 star reviews are from 1 star people”. Good lord, is it possible that maybe some customers get treated poorly, and they should try to improve that rather then attack them personally? That response is very telling... My family and I plan on staying in West Village but we will never step foot in this store again, and will be sure to share our experience with neighbors and friends. They really should put someone else in charge.
