I left an item to be embroidered on a Friday and was told it would be ready the following Friday. Granted it was only a $10 item but it only needed five letters embroidered on it. I called to let them know I was 10 minutes away to pick it up (the following Friday it was to be ready) and I was told it was not ready and would be another week until the following Friday. I just picked up my item and took it somewhere else where I previously had gone and was able to get the embroidery done while I wait. I live 20 minutes away and wasted two trips with nothing to show for it but frustration!
