I have bought uniforms from Porees for many years, had them embroider shirts and polos. I like the service but have to say that recently Im not sure whats been happening, they dont answer calls during business hours. I was once given the wrong information about a stock item, they said it wasnt available for weeks when the entire time they had it in the store. A simple mistake, that would not make me go somewhere else but the phone issue is bad business, because I ended up going someplace where they answered the phone and I was certain they had what I was looking for.
