Got an appointment for my daughter. The staff was unprofessional and rude to the point that they don't even want to show me glasses frames. I just took the spectacles Rx and got the glasses from a different optometry shop. I wish I can give them 0 starts. To the management: You guys in the customer services business, with this type of employee's attitude you will not build customer base or create high returning customers rate, just a word of an advice to you.
