I bought a tweed hat size 59. Ive always taken size 59 but both the first one and after returns a second on were too big by a distance. Sadly there were no smaller ones left. They were sale items. Staff most helpful but I was not able to get the right hat.

Free returns, as long as you are prepared to wait! and wait!
Delighted with my order. The shorts are solidly made, with an excellent fit and cut. They look like clothes that will last years, not a few months, and so far they feel very comfortable. Now Ive ascertained size I will be buying more

Check your order!!!!Ordered size 30" leg but was sent 32".Tried on but wife told me they were too long.My order confirmed I'd ordered 30" leg in denim jeans but they won't exchange as I've tried them on!!!! so effectively they've been worn.However they have now agreed to take them up so check to avoid all this palaver of having to return etc.Garment excellent.Further call to say they had initially taken them up from 32" to 30" even though the label still said 32".No-one had informed me of this but they have now altered to 29"and all is well.High quality stuff and all ended well.

Disappointing The blue was not the sky blue I was expecting, but I will live with that. The BIG disappointment was PC being cheapskate on an upmarket pair of chinos. Unlike the less expensive standard chinos , there was no zip on the back pocket, simply a button fastening, which is not only MUCH more fiddly to open/close, but much less secure.
