I walked in asking to have a document scanned and a snobby lady made a rude dismissive gesture with her hand as if brushing me away, saying I dont have time Im busy. Nasty customer treatment, brace yourselves before you walk in.

I would steer clear of this shop. Jennifer and her husband are super nice, but they just dont have it together as far as business is concerned. No attention to detail, poor communication, and no organization. Sadly, I wont be using them any more.

I know my order was not a huge one, but no need to be rude and short on the phone. Even after a horrible phone conversation, i hesitantly emailed a tentative order on January 31st. That was 2 weeks ago with ZERO response. Thank you "print shop" for narrowing down my search for printed materials and earning your 1 star review.
