The owners of this shop are very rigid in their policies and aren’t willing to be flexible to help out. I made a purchase late in the day and came back right when they opened the next morning, begging to return it because of some unforeseen circumstances. The item clearly hadn’t been worn or used, and was still in the box. I told them the whole story of why this had happened, and they refused with no sympathy. There goes $200
