Horrible and arrogant "customer" service. Went into SF showroom to see if they had a sample of flooring as San Jose did not have the sample I wanted. My husband and I entered the store and neither woman working at the desks right inside door so much as looked up. We began pulling flooring samples from the display and still not so much as a "if you need any help, let me know...". Finally I asked for assistance and was treated like I was completely inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, while I love the flooring that we had selected, my husband was so turned off by their lack of service that we will be taking our business elsewhere. We are awaiting a quote for a kitchen design from San Jose store, hopeful they will be better....

if you like to pay an arm and leg for a tile and then have the delivery company dump the stuff on the sidewalk with NO help in getting it inside, this is a company for YOU. And when you call them, do not expect any kind of apology or solution to your problem.
We had a great experience working with Les. She was helpful and professional in helping us with our tile selection. She was very knowledgeable about the products. We will shop here again. Bonus points for the showroom!
This review is mostly about my sale associate Les whom I glad to find. She is my only choice for buying material since I got to know her. I found out about Porcelanosa when we were building our house. I went to the San Francisco showroom and I loved their products. However, it was pricey for my budget. I specially was looking to purchase marble for entire house almost 3000 sq feet of marble. I did not like the quality of cheap Chinese marble and I fell in love with the Persian White Polished marble tile that they had. However, I could not afford this high quality beautiful white marble. I am grateful for meeting the sales associate, Les. She was amazing, friendly and helpful. I would say she saved me 30K by letting me when she mentioned the stone is on promotion. She was always responsive to my emails. I ended up buying all of my tiles for the bathrooms and even the wall tile for the fireplace with her help. I bought a very unique Italian stone for my shower room at an incredible price. The picture of our fireplace tile ended up being used as advertising for the modern linear fireplace we built. This wall is like a master piece in our house and already received so many compliments for the tile. She has a great taste and she knows the product very well and the most important thing is she saved me at least 40K by letting me know about promotions and helping me.

Completely rude staff. I called here to confirm that they had grout in stock. Was told that they did. Went to pick it up, I was told that they don't carry grout in the store and that "I must have made a mistake" and called the San Jose location. I have the number still in my "recent calls log" in my phone so I know I called the correct store. Rude sales lady just said the computers were down and they don't carry grout and it's 6-8 weeks to get it in and basically stood there with a look that said "get out."
