Sales person Nick wasted my time and efforts. I deposited and booked Honda Civic and he promised me that vehicle will be delivered in maximum 45 days. After 45 days he said it will be delayed for few more days and unable to confirm even build date of vehicle and never responded properly.

Bought a car from here in December 2021. The grille was cracked, and every sales member, manager, and finance man that I spoke to all assured me that they would order the new grille and replace it. A few weeks go by, I call and ask my sales member, she says she'll check. I call again; she says it's on back order. I call weeks later and get the run around from people. Then someone tells me they can't fix it because it's been too long. They transfer me to someone else. He says he'll get the part ordered, and I should hear from the service department in a week. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then, nobody will return my emails or voicemails. I called my bank and opened a dealer dispute, and they told the bank they would work with me directly. But surprise, I have not gotten a single call back. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Had a great experience with Nick Schulz. Contacted the dealership about the availability of a used BMW M340i and Nick took it from there. Drove up from Houston to see the car and Nick had everything ready to go. Very knowledgeable and the transaction was smooth. Nick is no nonsense and knows his cars. Taylor Douglas in Finance was also great and paperwork was a breeze. Would definitely purchase again from Nick and the dealership.
