The pier work was done well, but they did not explain in advance the damage that would be done to my yard and landscaping and patio. I did not expect to have to re-seed my front lawn and spend a couple thousand dollars getting my landscaping put back to normal. When they placed the piers they left several piles of dirt waist high that I had to deal with. Their concrete work that they put in where they tore it out left a ridiculous eye sore. I had planned to replace my driveway, but not my patio, but will now be doing that as well. When I mentioned my concerns about being uninformed to the foreman on the job, he said, "if we told you exactly how destructive it would be you probably wouldn't want to hire us and that's not good for our business." I filled out the comment card and mailed it in and have not heard anything back.

This account clearly has tons of fake reviews: lots of accounts with a) no picture, b) only 1 review submitted (to this company, c) begins reviews with a persons name or full name, and d) has very, very common language. Read reviews on other sites, and be skeptical of a company that needs to fluff its reviews.

Dry Basement installed their system in our house a few months before we purchased it in August 2018. 2019 was a very wet year and we didn't have any water in our basement. I'd say it is working. The annual checkup was performed today by Dustin Lewis - he did a great job explaining the system and what he checked. Highly recommend Dry Basement.

We bought our first home in 2012. We were inexperienced and did not read the fine print of the warranties from Dry Basement that were given to us by the previous owner. It stated that it had to be transferred to our name within 60 days of purchase or it was void. Ridiculous (other companies do not have that clause and state it is the companies way of getting out of their warranty), but ok, chalk it up to our inexperience and we can learn from it. Since we are having issues, I called to find out what work was done so we can know when we go to do repairs. They refuse to tell me what work they did on the home I own because I am not their client. They were rude and condescending to me when I called and I would never use them for any future repairs. ***Edited to respond to the owner- I forgot to mention in my previous response that your customer is deceased so there is no one to get permission from.****
