Very disappointed..i ordered a simple dozen rose arrangement and first one delivered was not the colors i picked and the roses were wilted. I called to complain and they offered to send another. Second delivery had more carnations than roses. very disappointed.. i should have just ordered from swensons and silacci.

This review is for the Monterey, CA unit. Even ordering 20 days earlier, I’ve not received what I’ve bought in the Mother’s Day. They said me on the phone that they run out of the ceramic vase. Ok, I can understand it if they really assume that they use the “first order, first service” strategy and I wasn’t the first ones. In 20 days didn’t they have enough time to order another ceramic vase? What can I say about the flowers? Do they really look like the same product? I won’t write anything else. You can make your own conclusions through the photos. I wish you lucky when online ordering with them. It was not my case.
