Absolutely appalled, wife and I went today to replace my wifes phone (on a plan) to be told that because of covid-19 the Government only allows 1 customer for each consultant - what a load of bull. At least tell the truth, it might be a management decision for these restrictions, which is your right, but dont incorrectly blame the Government. Didnt really need a new phone, but thought it was a way to help retail stores a little.
Worst experience. Waited 1 hour for an appointment to upgrade to a new phone. Staff member who served me knew nothing about which phones were in stock or what any of the business plan inclusions were. The phone upgrade process took 1 hour (after already waiting 1 hour for an appointment). The staff member was rude and barely attempted to communicate.
