Let me first say, their customer service was the bomb! I felt so welcomed!👍🏽So the Initial wig did not fit my head, and I was not able to part it the way I had asked Tasha before actually buying it. (Supposedly a complete misunderstanding) So she offered another wig, and whichever one I wanted at that.(I mean I paid over $500 for the one that didn't fit already) So I ended up liking one she brung to me that she had got for herself (not knowing anything about the wig) and she had just got done bleaching it. It seemed to fit ok at first and was a lovely color (I had really liked it!). It was still kinda loose with the band though, so my stylist cut it and re-sewed the band back on to be tighter. (FYI: My Stylist Shantell was super sweet and very patient and attentive to my needs. She did everything she could to make me feelok and happy) Everything was fine walking out when she fixed it but a little later it kept lifting even after being glued down so I went back and had her fix it AGAIN!! I went and bought glue to try and reglue the front back down on my own for the next day and it did not stay at all, it stayed comingup still! At this point if I would've know it was gonna take the stylist literally over 3 hrs to do all of this for a wig install, not to even get a discounted price offered or anything after the first wig didn't work out either.......I REALLY would've asked the owner for my money back!! I wore the wig once and was so disappointed that I spent $700 on my first time EVER getting my hair done professionally (Never have I ever even had it colored professionally or cut for that matter) I feel taken advantage of cuz I had no idea what I was really doing, I was just hoping for something different! Now I have nothing but a hole in my pocket and a $500 wig just sitting in a bag on my dresser! I feel sick to my stomach that this happened! 🤮😒 So now I gotta try and take it back to see can my Stylist do something with it! Just don't know what else to do at this point! 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I was so excited and hoping everything was gonna work out! I would've felt better just giving some random person $700 honestly! Lesson definitely learned!!
