TL;DR- definitely buy from here. Great service and repair that wont break the budget- Continue below if you want to read a novel: I just moved to the area and was in need of a washer and dryer. I found their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Went to their showroom and was met by a super helpful worker that answer all my questions (im bad with names...but she was awesome). She helped me pick out what I needed and set up a delivery day that worked for my family. No issues with the setup or the install crew. Fast forward a week or so and i noticed the washer was way out of balance and sounded like it was going to shake itself apart. I send a Facebook message to their page (since i work odd hours) and received a call the next day to have a technician come out and look at the issue. After the tech left, my wife said the knocking was improved but it was still very loud. I went to use it and did notice an improvement but still not what i liked. Then noticed that the dryer didn't work. So, back to the Facebook page for another message! They sent another tech to my place but this time brought me a new washer since i was having so many issues with the one i purchased. Then, the tech replaced a fuse that went bad in the dryer and ended up replacing the heating element while he was in there. He told me it didn't really need to be replaced, but he went ahead and did it just in case. We then loaded the washer with clothes to test and make sure the new washer worked well and he even stayed until i was happy with it. If you've made it this far, congrats. If you have any hesitations, please don't. They really do stand by their warranty in case something isnt right!
