I wish I could give it zero stars. This place is terrible and overpriced. They tell you it's going to be twenty minutes for two shirts with three letters. We've been waiting for over two hours. There's a cheaper place a few stores down. Don't come here.

We have reviewed the order video and audio footage, we regret to inform you that the instructions were given wrong. We apologize if you do not agree with he price but, custom print jobs tend to be even more in some cases, specially if its a job delivered in 2 hours time. However your business is more important for us. We can offer you a 30 dollar credit for your next visit.

I had 3 shirts printed with 3 letters front and back for $60 plus tax for the lapd cap uniforms. I specifically told them the letters had to be 2x2 inches. What I got back was a 2x2 inch logo. I can see how they could make an honest mistake and was patient with them and asked for them to fo the job over. Now they are testing me saying that I would need to pay $30 more to have it printed. I asked if they can do better because I provided the shirts...and now my shirt is ruined so I'm taking a loss for their mistake. I paid the $30 because I NEED the shirt by tomorrow but this is just bad business practices not to mention over priced. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and of course they would not even give me the number. I tried to file a complaint on bbb.org but they aren't even listed.
