At 2022 southern cal swimming championships - over priced merchandise, and no availability, refuse to get more sweatshirts or tee-shirst to satisfy demand. Poor planning by company and no back-up plan to satisfy participants who only have this one chance to purchase event merchandise - would not recommend for your event, look elsewhere!!!!

Mt Hood swimming event, very arogant and disrespectful sales person. Low quality product, unwilling or lack of knowledge to provide details about products. I would not recommend.

Just purchased a sweatshirt at the Manhattan Classic. Noticed a small issue with it later in the day, went back and pointed it out, and they made it right. Offered my money back or a new sweatshirt. I even offered to wait for him to take care of other customers first and he said no, we're taking care of this now. They obviously care about customer service as much as sales! Happy to buy from them again!

I had wanted to get a long sleeve shirt for the Sectionals X-C meet that I had run from their on site stand. Their shirt options were basic for $35, with just a logo on the front, and complete for $45, which has all the possible print options. I bought the basic shirt because I didn't want to spend $45 for a shirt, and I had expected the shirt to have the large logo on the front that they had advertised by the stand. I was wrong. What I got was 4" x 4" logo that had not been advertised anywhere. For $35 dollars. I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the employee didn't know what he was doing, but by the fact that they never showed the two different sizes, they knew what they were doing. If you're buying from this company, be 100% sure of what you're getting.
