To all the Pure Platinum clients: After working for Allen for 10 years I want to let everyone know how Allen and Michael run their business. 1. Allen does not want to pay his employees their last check after they move on from Pure Hair or Platinum Salon in his words "she will have to take me to court" 2. You may want to look up your stylist on DBPR and make sure they are actually licensed while doing your hair as their are several unlicensed stylist working illegally in Platinum Salon. 3. I was told I could not manage or make more than 45% so I decided I had to leave if I ever wanted to make more money and that is the reason he will not pay me. I guess he needs the $900 more than I do. If you want a professional licensed stylist that knows what they are doing come see me at Salon Lofts. This place has terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:45. Nobody even said so much as a hello to me until 10am. At 10:15 I ask someone if I was going to get my haircut. She pointed at a stylist who had JUST started highlights and said it would be 5 minutes. This was my first appointment with this salon and I will never be returning.
Ive been going to Pure Hair for a few years and theyre AMAZING! Pure hair has the best team and I would recommend them to everyone! Im always so happy when I leave because Allen can do exactly what you ask for!
Allen, Do you really think allowing a client to leave like this is professional or acceptable? After I left I noticed dye all over my front hairline and when I came back in I was handed a bottle of color corrector & washcloth and told to scrub it off myself. After I tipped you 23%! Disgusting. Then I get home and see this all underneath! You should be ashamed to be in the business and call you are a hair professional.
