Very poor customer service. Mattress was delivered Damaged (greasy tool marks from factor). Refused to take responsibility for their product. I reported the issue on Thursday March 4th 2021 mid afternoon. Now at 14:00 Monday March 8 still have no response from bedstar as to have they are going to correct to the problem. They keep hiding behind the statement (need to talk to the supplier). I didn't buy this product from the supplier, I purchased it through bedstar. Additional problems with delivery. Replacement bed was to be delivered Sat Mar 13, 2021. Company didn't have it ready for delivery company to pick up. Still have not corrected problem from Mar 4, 2021 - It is now Mar 15, 2021 Avoid this company.
Bought double divan with drawers and mattress. Arrived with damaged frame and destroyed drawer. Contacted them. Long story short. 3 broken drawer deliverys later and I could take no more time off to receive more broken items. Now 4 months later the mattress springs are loose and noisy. Dreading having to phone them again. Lost enough holiday waiting on delivery. Live and learn. Wont use again. Poor quality mattress. Awful delivery drivers. Avoid.
Easy to order. I had an early delivery but the two men couldnt have been more helpful. I couldnt take my old bed out the house for them to take away but they said it was no trouble and they would do it
Do not use their service. Unreliable delivery procedure, I have now to pay a further 55GBP re-delivery fee, after paying a 25GBP fee for a sunday delivery as I physically did not have a bed and needed it by that day. Deliverer never rang the bell, they say they tried to call me sending a screenshot, which clear shows a duration of 0 minutes. Appalling service. Do not use them.
