Just got permanently deferred for closing my eyes a lot. Hate to say it, but although it is my fault for doing it, I feel going here just to get constantly deferred or lectured and having the staff give me a hard time and making some mistakes is no longer worth it anymore. I won't waste time and gas weekly for nothing.

People here have a bad attitude. I'm donating my plasma which makes me nervous in the first place. I don't need anyone negativity cause they want to judge someone wrongfully! My buddy had just given plasma and they made him exit very rudely even though he was just conversating with me for a moment. Check your attitude. Your supposed to be a healthcare professional and stop gossiping behind others backs! Made me want to cancel my visit due to your attitude!

This place is very disorganized and does not value the time of their donors. My avg time in KC is about an hour fifteen and 1:25 on a slow day. I've been to this place twice this week and spent 2:5 hours here each time. Getting through the vitals station is efficient but getting stuck and donating is definitely not (right at 45-50 mins wait) Plus, they have me donate more plasma (my guess in an effort to maximize profits for this center) and of course that takes a little long but not double the time. I'm simply sad that residents of the area deal with the long times which in my opinion are not worth it.
