Don't Do Business with This Company. Placed an order in Feb 2020, never filled, now in April they're charging me randomly and I can't reach customer service. I'll update this review if they fix the problem.

THE WORST ALL AROUND! Ordered dog treats. Get email stating your order is on its way. Then get email saying its back ordered. A month later my dog tells me to give em a call to inquire where his treats are. I call to get the rudest customer service representative ever. Interrupts me twice, gives me a fake name, gives me a false status of my order, and when I ask to speak with his supervisor he transfers me to a voicemail box(probably his). Find out after speaking with an alleged supervisor that item has been discontinued with there company. When I asked when were you going to let me know? he had no answer. This place is clown shoes all the way around. Who hires these clowns? These incompetent employees must know somebody to get hired or possibly give sexual favors to keep their jobs.

REF ORDER # sohp64-7018; VERY VERY POOR WAS SUPOSED TO RECEIVE REFUND IN DEC 2020 FINALLY MONTHS LATER MANY CALLS AND NO REFUND EP DECIDED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT RATHER THAN REFUND THAT WAS APRIL 12 2021 AFTER 6 CALLAS WITH NO SPECIFIC ANSWER. MAY 2ND PRODUCT WAS FINALLY RECEIVED. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE., since posted I received a phone call from VP of operations explaining the malfunctions that were the cause of these problems and the activities undertaken to correct. The product is excellent and have confidence the malfunctions have been corrected. Will not hesitate to reorder as I use 30 containers annually
Proceed with Caution with EntirelyPets - First I want to say that the mistake on the order was my fault. I am writing a negative review because of poor customer service. I ordered a dog door for a new building project. Of course my contractor got behind schedule and 4 months went by before we needed the door. The door was not going to work. So since I hadn't even opened the box I thought I would see if I could exchange it. I contacted EntirelyPets and they informed me that thier return policy is 30 days. Makes sense, I understand the need for this type of policy. I explained my situation the the customer service rep said that they would not exchange the door. I offered to pay a restocking fee and still no. Seems like they could have accomodated me and made money in the process. Just bad customer service in my opinion.
