Im a current resident and so far the management is terrible. They havent been able to fix the AC of my unit and its been almost a month. I have 2 kids living inside of a hot apartment. We need a new management.

Melsie, Jasmine and Lauren are the absolute WORST. I cant believe our property managers are begging us for reviews after ignoring our requests. Its crazy they are willing to give us money off rent or gift cards just to lie about our experience living here. Several of us want to move out now but cant due to Covid.
I lived here from 2012-2015. Wonderful place to live. Only reason I moved was because I needed a house with a yard due to growing family. Staff is great. Maintence orders are completed same day. I never had any problems.

The leasing agent , Jasmin was so rude when we arrived to tour on this past Saturday. We waited for 30 mins outside while she played on her phone. When she finally came to door, she refused to tour with me and my family. I wish there was someone else to assist us instead, she has terrible customer service .
