HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I made a call to ask about a 40 x 50 in sign and the man who answered was not only rude, but he spoke to me as if my business just wasn't worth his time. There are other places online who do the exact same thing except they have KIND people working with customers! so I'll give those people my money instead of this place.

I ordered the Grommet-Free Backdrop for a tradeshow booth and it was EVERYTHING. The print quality was beautiful, it was super easy to set up and it really did come in a small bag--no more metal rods and poles, just the banner and a few tools to attach it to the tradeshow supplied booth structure. I will ALWAYS use Giant Printing for future tradeshows. AND the best part is that the print turn-around time was 3-4 days. Love them.
