First and last time here. They dont greet you when you walk in nor given directions on how to start process to have shirt made. Waited over a hour to get to counter for an employee to tell me theyre WiFi was very slow and that He didnt have enough time to wait to Make my shirt. He told me he would tell the owner so he could help me. The owner never once help me so I sat there once again until I finally got up and left.

Because of how busy we are, we try to streamline the while-you-wait print process by telling all clients in advance to get their orders ready before approaching the desk e.g. email your photo or artwork in advance before approaching the desk. When clients don't follow these rules, it can be frustrating for the person servicing the client and the people in line behind that client. You probably waited that long because of the people in front of you not following the rules. We are currently working on a better process. We usually almost never asks clients to leave, only when client is being unruly or swearing in front of other clients. I'm sorry about your experience. We strive to make sure every client leave with a smile on their face.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Please dont spend your money with this business, the owner rushed us through designing custom shirts and then said we should of have had our mind made up. When we let him know that we waited for 2 1/2 hours without service he told us to leave his shop. All around unprofessional and rude. I will never support this man or his business.

We strive to print exactly what clients requested, and in a timely manner. The client showed up at closing time and wanted a different design from what was originally ordered, which we couldn't do until the next business day. We are glad we worked it out and client ordered some more shirts.

Owner is horrible !! He did a rushed job on our shirts & refused to fix them after we payed him because his lady friend kept calling him !!!! Dont go horrible customer service
