Great furniture but the entire customer service was terrible. No communication pre delivery. Driver turned up unannounced twice and as nobody was home to receipt the furniture, FeatureDECO emailed to say I am liable for redelivery costs. After calling them to discuss I received no apology or attempt to discuss further. At this point I attempted to order a cover for the furniture and was told as its below the minimum order value there would be a delivery cost if I purchased this item. When attempting to explain my previous delivery challenges on the 1000+ I'd already spent on furniture I have since been submitted to 'radio silence'. All in all a very frustrating customer experience. Despite the decent quality furniture I would not recommend this company and at present will not be using them again.

Gorgeous furniture- really pleased with it. Came ready assembled which is normally a plus. Would be a 5 star..... However, the delivery company just dumped the boxes on my front doorstep then left. As they were very large and very heavy boxes plus a wooden pallet I had absolutely no way of moving these especially as I have an elbow replacement and cant lift. When I asked the deliveryman how did I get these boxes into my garden he replied that it wasnt his problem- hes not insured to take them into the garden and drove off. I was left stood there in the street with boxes higher than my head open mouthed with astonishment. Had to leave it there until someone was available to help then pay a clearance company to take the wooden pallet away as I couldnt lift it. I appreciate this is a delivery company issue but if garden furniture is being delivered, I would expect it to be put in the garden. Speechless. Judith Owen

Before we found featureDECO.co.uk we purchased a garden seating set from another website. When the set arrived it was damaged so we returned it and whilst looking for a replacement we came across featureDECO. We saw a set we liked which cost only a little more than the one we sent back. When the set arrived it was obvious how superior the build quality was. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend featureDECO to anyone,

We have had our feature deco garden/ patio furniture for three years. On all the arms of the sofas and chairs sadly the ratan has broken. The furniture has been well looked after. Covered when not in use. So, I can only say it is not durable.
