However, you arrived at 6.25 pm and the receptionist offered you to do your facial for half an hour instead of an hour but you refused, and you left unhappy. We always looking to offer good and professional service to our customer, and now to sort out this problem, we are willing to offer you the service with discount. The worst experience ever. Would be a choice would choose 0 stars. Made an appointment, and diw to train service late 15 min. The lady at reception was very rude, once I asked if she can still do my facial. "I told you we are closing at 7" and your treatment will take longer. Well thank you so much for not having me, as if communication and customer service is the same so I saved my face!
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you did not like your experience with us. We just want to clarify that our nail technicians are fully qualified with years of experience. We do not offer acrylics hence why you could not book for that service however that does not mean they do not have nail technician certificates. You booked a shellac manicure at 6pm and on arrival the nail technician asked if it is shellac that you have as you did not have extensions, you mentioned that its Shellac which fair enough you did have shellac originally on your acrylics. We have three nails technicians where two can remove acrylics and one cannot you booked with the technician that cannot remove acrylics - you said you did this because you could not find the option to book a removal of acrylic and this was because it is not something she offers. She tried to then remove the shellac and apologised to you and said you need to wait for the other nail technician to finish with her client so she can help you. You arrived at 6pm when the nail technician finished it was 6:30 and by then the other technician started to remove it for you however your actual booking with us was for 40 minutes and our closing time is at 7pm. When removing acrylics it takes about 30-45 minutes and client usually book that at the same time as it takes longer to complete and we charge extra. We offered you a refund believing that there was a misunderstanding between both parities which is completely fair to say. All our clients are happy and we have never received any issues with our nail services. Many thanks

POV: you need do you you nails because its an emergency and you try the salon next to the office because its late. I was used to do acrylic but because this place wasnt offering this service, I booked for a normal shellac. I left after 50 mins with my nails completely ruined and with the acrylic on top because they didnt know how to remove acrylic. Their excuse was but you booked for shellac not for acrylic removal????? This means they saw my nails and they werent able to tell the difference between shellac and acrylic? Or that they tried even if they knew werent able? That place is not a professional nail salon as they said, but they charge you as they are. I was supposed to spend 28, thanks got I got a refund. They dont have a clue how to do nails, maybe they are good with the other services but for sure no one has a professional qualification as a nail technician. They shouldnt be offering nails services at this point, was just a waste of time, I left the salon crying because my hands were ruined and one nail has been polished too much and hurts. The two girls who tried to fix that disaster were quite nice and realised they did a mess, while the girl at the till was quite rude as she was yelling at me even if she was saying I dont want to argue?? I guess she was upset because I decided to leave as it was late, and she said no we are trying but you want to leave ?? Honestly they have ZERO excuses. That place is always empty, now I know why. For her it was my fault because I didnt book the right service. Lesson: make sure they know how to do they job and that are professionals before going. I would have left this review on Treatwell but vacuate the appoint has been cancelled I cannot.
Lovely atmosphere - all staff very friendly and polite. Bella did my hair and it turned out great. It was a very substantial re-styling too so I was a bit worried but she is very experienced and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.
Natalia has done my hair for many years now and I am always satisfied with the result. She is kind and knows a lot of knowledge about colour. I trust Natalia to get me the perfect blonde every time. Lovely salon and lovely experience.
Thank you for your feedback and sorry you didnt like your experience with us. You have booked for Shellac manicure. When you arrived you showed Amira a photo of medium length nails whilst your own nails are too short to achieve and what like you aim with shellac. Amira told you that from the beginning that you can not get this without extension and you asked her to do only manicure and she did so. Amera and All our staff make clear with our customers from the beginning to deliver professional service and make our customers satisfied.
