Sent the wong product - seems to be a common problem looking at the reviews here and on amazon. I received my money back from amazon and tried to send the product back but they stopped answering emails. I guess their accounts department hasn't worked out yet that amazon refunded the money... still in 3 months it's mine (according to german law) to do with as I like if they don't tell me how to return it. Amazing that these idiots are still in business

Really cannot understand the negative reviews..? Just ordered a Scorpion exhaust of them, was posted the sameday, arrived in time at garage to be fitted. All packaged really well and fits a treat. Also lovely sounding lady on the end of the phone, what more can you ask for..!?

I purchased a pair of alpine stars cycling elbow pads on ebay from this company. They posted out knee pads!. not a problem except the girl wanted serial numbers and codes etc. Then i posted the return item which cost me 4.55 and now she wants receipts and pictures ha ha..pity she wasn't as efficient when spotting the difference between the word "knee" and "elbow" .I doubt I will get my postage costs back and I won't hold my breath for the elbow pads either!. Update. Elbow pads came but never did get my postage costs back
