I really don't have any complaints! I'm just mad at myself for having to much stuff, ... and having to pay rent,.... it's always expensive!!! I'm running a space that is air conditioned, as I'm 68 years old can't put up with the heat!!! When I go there because there's no lighting inside, I have to have the door open anyway! Think twice before you store something!!! It will cost you a lot of money!$2, 728.oo per year!!! For 10 x 20 air condition space!! ... four a year! Right now I'm thinking I'm crazy. Maybe you're crazy too!!! Rent a garage out in the middle of God's country!! And pay the piper!! I can't complain about the facility though, I mean for what it is!! A whole bunch of garages, cameras, electronic fence, insurance, on-site facilitators!!! It's a good business,.... if you can get 100 fools like me, .... it's good for $272,890.oo !!!!! Might be wrong, About the exact amount, but it's close enough that I should know better!!!

It's just a place to keep stuff for others. Didn't clear units after snow, had a terrible experience, gate dint open. They Forgot to put unit on auto pay and called me to collect , was a scare, but they corrected it with no late fees.
