Technical issues with exam online(yes I did all the prerequisite tests and the issue were not uncovered by their pre-reqs). First tried to contact the moderator in chat.. they did not respond to questions at all.. then i called and the fun began.. Hung up on me twice and by the end of the call with support they said I would have to reschedule since it took so much time, but they have to review the case to see if I have to repay???? It was completely out of my control, and they are thinking about just taking my money without providing the service I paid for??? After calling back this evening to check the status, they immediately got an attitude like I was bothering them.. Out $150 as I have thought about it, and I think the money is worth not having to deal with them anymore. It bothers me that they get free money, but my time is more valueable. There are other choices out there. Never using them again.
This exam center is iron clad. The proctors are professional and dont waste time. The facility was quiet during the exam and computer never timed out. Everything worked well.
Truly awful customer service. Months to schedule an exam after the online scheduling would not work and hours and hours of being on hold. After 25 minutes of being on hold they give you an email address to send questions to but then never reply to your email in 7 days like they promise. After finally reaching someone on the phone after literally dozen plus attempts, the person I spoke to was rude to me over the phone and totally unapologetic. Not sure why agencies requiring testing use this service. Awful stay away if you can.
