Dr. Chen was personable and efficient. I was seen at my appointed time...no wait. She made what I believe to be an appropriate diagnosis. Why then 3 stars? Well...unfortunately, despite being told a prescription would be called into the pharmacy of my choosing, that never happened. So here I sit the evening before a major snow storm with conjunctivitis and no prescription.
