Dropped off a PC for diagnosing. I wasnt sure it was salvageable so I had no expectations. Before dropping it off I booted and checked it was still having issues. Their tech told me it wouldn't boot, that was a lie. Instead of attempting anything I was suggested to buy a new PC from them. I don't think these people are trustworthy that's my two cents. By the way their hourly rate of 100 is pretty high shop around and save.
