We placed a time critical job with Mixam which was due in on Monday 30th Nov. When I did not get a tracking email I had to phone them on Monday and after chasing an unanswered phone I was eventually told it would not be with us until Friday 3 Dec, the day we had to deliver it to Royal Mail Door 2 Door sorting office. I have used Mixam several times in the past but this will have been the last time. I can only use suppliers I can trust. If you are over capacity, simple, dont take the job on, I would respect a supplier for that but not one who lets me down. I expect the same service from suppliers that I give to my customers.

I've used Mixam print many times over the years but in recent months the company seems to have really lost its way. From failed workflows to production delays, I don't feel like I have the confidence to trust their delivery dates any longer. The company is slow to respond to job-related messages and if you try to contact them with usual methods the phone does not get answered and emailed go unacknowledged. Disappointingly the company is unwilling to help when they do cause consequential damages. I hope this company finds their way again as they were once great, but I would certainly take a cautious approach now and I would be very hesitant to trust their delivery dates. I hope this constructive criticism serves them should they wish to improve.
I have completed two projects with Mixam in the last month. Top class from start to finish on both. Very reasonably priced, professionally finished products, speedy and helpful responses from customer service team. Quite simply - excellent - I would highly recommend.
I wanted a one-off, custom sized, perfect bound insert for a journal. Mixam's price was far better than my usual choices for perfect bound jobs, and not only did in come in good time, it was superb quality. Fantastic service and Mixam will be my first port of call for many of my future jobs, particularly short run ones.

The pricing is great and the print quality is good. My prints came damaged though, the prints were not protected at all, just placed in a thin cardboard sleeve kind of thing. There are 3 huge creases now down all the prints. Contacted mixam regarding this last week and haven't heard a thing back on how they can resolve this. Not sure if this is just a one off thing but don't really want to order from them again to find out. Edit : unsure how to respond to the below. I still don't see a response to my original communication either on the website or an email notification but have followed the advice and raised a report. Raised to 3 star further advise
