my vacume cleaner was brought in for servicing and service store called and said it would be ready for pickup, No one called to say its ready and when I called them,I was told they would check and call me and no one ever called me.! this went on for several weeks finally I called in and threatened them legal action before store called saying vacume was missplaced but ready for pickup. The customer srvice is very bad here and people answering phone did no followup Jimmy did return my call and got my vacume back to me after weeks of no help from Foster store If customers said I dont plan to return and bring my business there would employees act differently ? just unprofessional attitude altho good job in fixing my vacume

I was shopping around for a new sewing/embroidery machine. In the past I would have rated them excellent. This last experience was horrible. Again I am shopping around for a new machine, maybe they don't understand that shopping around means I am looking for the best price. After comparing similar brands and taking a quote back to them, Bree made me feeling like I was lying to her and then she told me that she could no longer help me, that I could go and buy a machine from someone else... Seriously? Because I'm shopping around doesn't give you the right to treat your customer that way, hopefully you will learn a lesson within customer service, I have worked in this field most my lifetime and would have never treated my customer this way. Well I will go buy from someone else now and never deal with them again, customer lost for life! Do yourself a favor, shop around and compare and don't let them mistreat you because your simply shopping around!

Robbie and the staff at Save Stores are amazing! Not only do they sell great quality machines and supplies for anything I might want to sew or embroider, but they are with you every step of the way to help you learn new techniques and tricks to make your project come out the way you want. I really value the lifetime support and classes they provide, not to mention getting the first 2 tuneups on your embroidery machine discounted. I plan to buy all my machines from Robbie.

Do not buy anything from this store! My husband and I bought a baby lock Euphoria on 7/16/2021. now 04/01/2022 the car was not delivered to us, wait! I do not recommend such a store to anyone. buy only what is in stock!
