Hi Mihai, We are saddened that you have posted a 1 star review. Having reviewed our records relating to our short relationship. It is clear that your review isnt consistent with the full facts. As you are fully aware, you terminated our agreement after we had already carried out some work. You paid the invoice for that work. The facts are that in March 2018 you incorporated a limited company, you engaged us as accountants. In September of that same year you decided operating the business wasnt for you and applied to strike off the company and in December 2018 the company was dissolved. Whilst we are sorry for you that your business idea didnt come to fruition. We asked you to pay for the work we had done, you agreed and paid. Now 12 months later you have left this 1 star review. I think its fair to say that most people if they disagree with an invoice wouldnt pay it. Which begs the question why did you pay it? We are keen to understand. Also, at any time after you had settled our invoice, had you told us that you were unhappy, we would have done something about it. You didnt give us that chance. Now we are aware please contact Rachel Labercombe so that we can get to the bottom of this. As you already know we are always prepared to listen as well as explain our actions.

I was given a fixed price but before anything started I was sent an invoice for extra works. I felt I was given misleading information for not being told until after I signed the contract. I requested to exit the contract 7 days after signing the contract for misleading information and I was charged 246 which I had to pay for works they aparantly done to my account(entering information onto their system) this is at the time their homepage says 30 days money back guarantee - again misleading information.
Always on hand to help and answer any and all questions I have had. Thanks to Rachel and the team I have learnt a lot about the requirements to run a business in the UK and also had the stress free feeling knowing my accounts are being well managed and I am staying compliant. Would recommend.
Would love to give 0 stars considering the stress this company has put on my family during covid, but unfortunately I cannot. You as a company were asked to complete an annual tax review BEFORE the covid cut off. Even though we were assured numerous times this would be done. It wasn't, absolute shambles, lack of communication, and now chasing moneys for services that weren't done in time. As long as it doesn't affected them, they could care less.
