I wish there was an option to give this place ZERO stars... It does not deserve any stars. The majority of the workers there are very rude. My mother had a bad experience as well. When she was there, there was an older man that was working there who had a bad mouth and kept on talking down on a fellow co-worker using expletives. Also, that older man doesn't really talk kindly to the customers... he just points which I find absolutely RUDE. I really do hope they change something or if not... this please needs to go out of business. PRONTO! Everyone just go to FedEx.. it's really worth that extra mile.

As stupid as this sounds, I thought that shipping FedEx packages here would be the same as going to a FedEx store - as far as price is concerned. Well, it was a rude awakening when I found out how much more mark up there was shipping things here. What happened is that I sold this item on ebay, I happened to have two of it, and shipped it via FedEx Ground to two individuals in practically the same area, long story, short, I went here and paid more than double for the same stuff, same package, same weight, same form of shipping. While talking to the FedEx store, the lady basically gave me a "duh" they are a indirect store, so they need to mark it up to make money, whereas, we are a direct location, so you save on the mark up. I mean, I should have known better, and I'm not sure why I didn't even think about it. Other than that, previously they had another lady that would call me whenever I had mail and packages to pick up from the rental box that I have there, but now they have someone else, who, yeah, I no longer get that kind of service [which I think it was more of an above and beyond type of service from the prior attendant]. I guess, I would still go here whenever it's convenient, but I would rather drive a mile down to save $ when it comes to shipping stuff.
