Management is terrible!Nurses also terrible! They lie and tell patients that some places clients have to pay for a doctor to write a simple note that's not out of the scope of their practice. I'm sick and tired of nurse practitioners and med doctors saying the tired line of"I don't feel comfortable writing that or doing anything remotely close to helping the client"!!If u really feel uncomfortable doing small things that doesn't affect your license then your in the wrong line of work! !!!
Guy In the phone was super nice but told me their hours were 8:30 - 3;00 once we got to the office, we were told there are a varying number of slots per day. Today we had more (11 slots) and the line starts at 6:30.... last slot was filled today by 7:40am and even if we were early enough to make that line no services would be provided until October . A 7 month wait for services is ridiculous. So this was pretty much no help at all
This center has helped me get my life back on track. Thanks to the case managers, nurses, and doctors that work here and alongside them. Without them, my perceptions would cost me $55 per 30 pills, instead, I only pay $9.40 per thirty pills. People complained about the wait time, but when the services are free, you take what you can get and you way as long as you need to.
