The first room the gave us was filthy. From the carpets to the smear of a light brown substance near the toilet paper holder, the weird smell to the black dried crud between the mattresses. It was late and we accepted a different room. This room was clean and the mattresses were in good condition. The carpet was less dirty. The main problem was tiny ants. We killed about a dozen of them. We couldnt wait to get out of there. Front office seemed I shocked by any of it. Front desk initially said they would give $39 credit. I pushed for more and showed her photos of the ants we killed. They were only willing to refund $57. (I guess they only refund $4.50-ish per ant actually reported.)
The staff were incredibly rude, the accommodations filthy, and in the couple hours we were in our room before we pulled the plug and left, 3 different groups of people tried to enter our room, one of which had been given working key cards by the front desk. Absolutely atrocious experience. Only book here if you do not value your dignity, or your safety.
We truly appreciate that the pet friendly rooms were changed from carpet to hardwood laminate. The smell is so much better! The housekeeping service was top notch.
Good location. Quiet away from roadside. Lots of counterspace in the bathroom. Fridge microwave always a plus. Poor wi-fi connectivity. Kept loosing internet
