Very nice fine china and fantastic customer care & service. We received two RSPB bird design mugs as a gift. Unfortunately they cracked as soon as we received them and were unusable. I contacted Roy Kirkham customer relations directly and they requested the mugs for testing for faults. They refunded postage and sent out two identical replacements. Couldn't be happier; thanks again!
