Tried on numerous occasions to find an email address to ask a couple of questions, then having failed to be able to do that, sent their feedback form, which the web site said couldn't be delivered, tried putting in the address of the house, which came up automatically to find a branch, the web site said couldn't locate the address, tried putting Glasgow to find a branch and it says none in Glasgow. Very frustrating, will go to another estate agent that has a user friendly web site and allows email contact

Worst experience we have ever had selling a property and we have sold many. Eventually received a significant refund on their fees after threatening court action.

This is the second property sale we have concluded with Slater Hogg & Howison in Glasgows West End and we have been really pleased with the service - in particular that of Angela Wright, the manager. Angela is totally professional and her communication skills are second to none, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. I had an awful experience letting my property through Slater Hogg. As I was moving away for a few years I thought I'd pay a premium for a good service, how wrong was I. Terrible communication and awful service. I was correcting their mistakes and I wasn't informed when policies were changed. They caused much undue stress. Never again.
