Hi Kervince, I'm sorry your experience here at Kingdom Exposure didn't go so well. Please carefully review your invoice. We charged you a $35 Business Card Design Fee. This fee pays for a complete business card design that is "Print Ready" this fee has nothing to do with the Logo that was put in the design.Yes you are correct in saying that you brought a business card design into us that had a totally different style logo on it. When you came into our store you brought in a business card design that was not "Print Ready". Out of pure love for your company and the fact that at this time you mentioned you were looking to replace your current logo soon we designed a brand new logo that was original and used it on your cards. Our objective was to give you a new look hoping you'd like it and decide to purchase it. What you are asking for is the Logo we created for the sake of the business card "Only" not for any other use. Our logo prices start at $150 however we never had a conversation regarding a logo only a business card design. I apologize for disconnecting the call however instead of arguing with you while you are screaming I decided that I would end the call. Our business prides ourselves on Excellent Customer Service and up until this point we have always went above and beyond for Gap City and all of your endeavors. Again I'm really sorry that your encounter with our company wasn't the greatest. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to discuss this in more detail.

This establishment does good work but i recently had a situation where i felt disrespected and did not receive all the products i payed for. I paid 90 dollars for 250 business cards and an updated logo. I received my business cards but they refuse to send me the updated logo i paid for. When i called to try and get the logo the owner yelled at me on the phone and said this is my logo and you have to pay for it. I disagreed and tried to remind her of our first meeting then she hung up the phone on me. Her husband Mike called me and basically gave me an ultimatum that i either pay 150 dollars for the logo or they will not send it to me. I told them you recreated a different version of my logo for a price of 35 dollars why would i pay you more money just to send what is already mines. They did not care of my inconvenience or my frustrations. This is terrible business if you ask me. There was no customer services they were rude to me and i have done multiple business and i would continue doing business if they did not treat me this way.
