We have been today with my family to see an electric car, and none of the stuff was wearing masks. When I raised the issue the costumer representative told me that he was exempt and his card was in his car.When I asked him why anybody of the Volvo team doesnt wear a mask ,he didnt know what to say. I wasnt feeling safe, so I prefer to exit the building. Didnt expect that from a car retailer at this range. Disappointing service.

I had organised for the car to be collected/dropped off from my home and they failed to attend. When I called mid morning they had forgotten to tick the box (their words) for this service, so my home working day then had to be repeated the following week as they couldnt fit me in!
