If you think that asking you for your pickup and delivery addresses that werent on your email is what a 5 year old child would do, we are very happy that you have a 5 year old child like that. I submitted a request via the iFurniture website and a copy of my IKEA cart with a delivery date of Saturday 5/1. iFurniture confirmed the order would be delivered on 5/1 between 12-4pm. There were no other confirmations and despite my requests for someone to call me, no one did. At 3pm on 5/1, still awaiting delivery, I called to confirm status. Voice mail for Kevin. Twice. No call back. But I sent an email as well to which I got the reply Not today. It will be Monday after 12pm. This order was for a mattress and bed among other things so it was critical that the delivery was 5/1 (move in date). Then they started adding costs that were not originally quoted even though my request was for delivery and assembly. By the way, Task Rabbit is way cheaper for assembly and extremely professional. Im sure Kevin is very busy misleading other customers, but it literally would have taken 3 minutes for a call back to discuss their alleged confusion with the delivery date and to clarify pricing. At this point I would pay more money to anyone else just to avoid using iFurniture. If you prefer professionalism, accuracy, and solid customer service then look elsewhere.
